Providing a home environment filled with food, protection, love, and support

Actively encouraging the reintegration of children with their families and communities whenever possible.

Promoting the education of children in community-based skills, construction, agriculture, eco-sustainability, home economics, followed through by state-run education from elementary school through high school.

To maintain a healthy lifestyle and assist persons suffering from any diseases.

To develop a database of the children and keep track of their individual progress.

To obtain biographical data and other relevant personal information to facilitate the process of securing Identity document and Birth certificate, thereby enabling them to access the SASSA Grants and other relevant Government assistance.

Recognise and teach the importance of family planning, the dangers of drug use and sexually transmitted diseases, especially AIDS and caring for sufferers.

To rescue more and more underprivileged children from their physical and spiritual poverty.

To fight poverty and life threatening illnesses by planting vegetables.

To engage communities in gardening activities.

To promote skill’s transfer by ensuring that communities are trained in developing their own food gardening.

To network with other similar development initiatives, locally, provincially, nationally and internationally.

To feed the GGCYCC, street kids and old persons.

To contribute to the sustainable empowerment and development of communities.

To provide safe haven and friendly environment where children between the ages of 3-13 years can participate in Marimba and different Arts and Cultural activities.
